Delivery & Shipping Delays

Due to the recent weather events across the country, we are experiencing significant delays in getting deliveries to multiple regions across the North Island. Road closures due to flooding or flooding-related damage being the main cause, with expected delays ranging anywhere from a few days to unknown timeframes in some instances.

The impacted regions as of 24th of February are below, along with information from our home delivery partners:

• Auckland Region - operating as normal. Some minor delays due to road closures in Auckland.
• Northland Region – operating as normal. Some minor delays due to road closures and a backlog of freight
• Hawke's Bay-Tairāwhiti Region – deliveries are no longer limited to essential freight —significant delays due to limited road access.
• Coromandel Region – operating with delays due to road closures and a backlog of freight

The situation around closures and reopening of roads is constantly evolving, with our team and home delivery partners doing their utmost to minimise the impact to our customers. Carriers will make contact prior to your delivery.
