NZ Government has announced that there will be change to alert levels from 22nd September 2021.
Our Auckland stores will be open for click and collect from Wednesday the 22nd September 2021.
Customers will be contacted in relation to your orders to arrange a collection time.
Please adhere to our click and collect guidelines to ensure the safety of you and our staff. Please do not come to the store without an appointment.
The collection times across all stores are Wed-Friday 11am-3pm, and Saturday 10am-2pmStores are open for phone orders – call today.
Stores are now open to the public in Level 2 regions. This includes our stores in Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.
Our Online store is always open.
For our stores at Level 2, trading hours return to normal, operating from 10am-5pm Monday-Saturday and 11am-4pm on Sundays.
For customers expecting delivery or collection of orders, you will be contacted in relation to your orders to confirm a delivery or collection time.
Home Deliveries continue with social distancing and screening questions in place. Most carriers will now enter people’s homes, providing it is safe to do so.
The following new rules apply in our stores, as per government regulations:
- Masks are mandatory at all times for employees and customers.
- There must be at least two metres between people at all times
- All people entering any of our stores must sign in with the Covid Tracer App or using the form provided.
