Native shapes under the coffee table.
Australian native botanicals are an unusual subject for a rug, and they place more naturally in a local home than an imported floral does. The Botanic Native Rug 150x240cm carries that design in grey, blush, turquoise and yellow across 100% wool. Pure wool means the warmth and softness underfoot aren't diluted, and it recovers its shape after furniture has been standing on it. Hand made in India and hand tufted, so the surface carries the small irregularities of handwork. At 150x240cm it defines a seating zone or sits under a queen bed. A larger size is available.

Product Care
Rug Care
- Vacuum regularly to prevent dust and crumbs from settling into the roots of the fibre.
- It's very common for new rugs to shed for the first six months or so. Some people use a special brush to groom it, but simple, regular vacuuming will keep it under control.
- Any tufts that appear can be carefully trimmed back so they don't snag.
- Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. If your rug is in a sunny spot or main thoroughfare - rotate rug around occasionally to equalize wear.
- Use rug protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening piles.
- Remove spills immediately: if liquid, blot with clean, undyed absorbent cloth by pressing firmly around the spill to absorb as much as possible. You can use a fan or a hair dryer on a low heat to dry the area.
- For hard to remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended.
It is recommended to use a rug underlay to help:
- Prevent the risk of dye transferring to the under surface
- Protect timber flooring
- Prevent the risk of rug movement
- Prevent the risk of rugs slipping, especially on smooth surfaces and in hallways where no furniture items assist to keep the rug in place
- Adds additional softness and comfort under foot
- KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE
