The Cali Scallop Raffia Shade in Natural at 35cm is the larger version of the Cali range, with hand-woven raffia construction and a scalloped edge suited to standard to large lamp bases, floor lamps and consoles where a 25cm shade would look proportionally small. The natural raffia brings coastal, organic warmth and the scalloped edge adds a decorative quality beyond a plain fabric alternative. Compatible with E27 fittings. No assembly required. Also available in 25cm.

Product Care
Lighting Care - Fabric shades
- Before cleaning any lamp shade or fixture, disconnect the power source (turn off installed lights or unplug lamps from power outlets).
- Dust fixtures lightly every two or three months with a feather or wool duster to keep them clean.
- For everyday cleaning wipe with a clean cloth.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners as these will promote wearing
- To clean fabric shades, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth or a feather duster.
Returns Policy
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore products may at ESR NZ discretion be returned to us for exchange for a store credit note within seven (7) days of full payment and collection/delivery of the goods, provided all the following conditions are met:
- A receipt as proof of purchase of ownership may be required by ESR NZ to be produced.
- Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition, including any packaging if possible
- Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from or an alternative pre-arranged location.
For Online and store purchases not viewed in a showroom prior to delivery, they can be returned for a full refund (less any delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving/collecting the product/s. The above conditions will still need to be met.
