The curved, cloud-shaped headboard is what you notice first about the Elise Queen Bed, and it's practical as well as decorative: the gentle shape wraps slightly around you when you sit up to read. Textured polyester upholstery in a neutral tone covers the frame, with foam behind it for a softer surface, and bun feet in an oak finish lift the base and add a little warmth at floor level. A timber, plywood and MDF frame with corner blocked construction supports the whole piece, and the flat slat support system underneath lets air move around the mattress. Neutral fabric keeps bedlinen choices wide open. It arrives flat packed.

Product Care
Upholstery Care
- Avoid positioning your furniture in direct sunlight where it will fade.
- Your upholstered item should be placed at least 1m away from any heat source.
- Do not use detergents or cleaning chemicals, as this could further mark the fabric. Use of the Guardsman care products, following the manufacturer's instructions, is recommended.
- A vacuum with an upholstery brush attachment can be used to remove dust and other environmental debris from the upholstery, and under seat cushions (if applicable). Dust/grime can mark the fabric and be harder to clean if left.
- We do recommend professional dry cleaning only. If the covers are removable, you can take them into the dry cleaners. If not, have the upholstery professionally cleaned in place at home.
- When unwrapping your new upholstered item, avoid using any sharp tools that may accidently damage the items upholstery
- Dye Transfer - certain clothing and accessory dyes (such as those used on denim jeans) may migrate to lighter colours. This is increased by humidity and temperature and is irreversible.
Assembly
A good night's sleep is nearly here, all that is required is a bit of setting up to begin. Assembly is a flat-pack build, so it takes a little longer to put together, but a good night's sleep is well worth it. Returns Policy
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore products may at ESR NZ discretion be returned to us for exchange for a store credit note within seven (7) days of full payment and collection/delivery of the goods, provided all the following conditions are met:
- A receipt as proof of purchase of ownership may be required by ESR NZ to be produced.
- Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition, including any packaging if possible
- Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from or an alternative pre-arranged location.
For Online and store purchases not viewed in a showroom prior to delivery, they can be returned for a full refund (less any delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving/collecting the product/s. The above conditions will still need to be met.
