Synthetic Fibre Doormats
- These doormats will keep their appearance longer if used in outdoor areas with some protection, such as under a porch, awning, or covered entryway.
- To give extend the life of your doormat, avoid prolonged exposure to constant moisture, such as heavy rain or snow as well as any harsh outdoor conditions. Constant exposure to direct sunlight can cause fading and weakening of the fibres over time.
- It is recommended to regularly shake or vacuum your doormat to remove dirt and dust.
- For a deeper clean, hose down the doormat using a strong stream to remove stubborn dirt or gently scrub with a brush and mild detergent mixed with warm water.
- Do not use bleach or other harsh chemicals as they can degrade the fibres and cause discoloration.
- Allow the doormat to air dry completely before placing it back in its location. Hang it over a railing or lay flat in a sunny spot for quicker drying.
Returns Policy
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore products may at ESR NZ discretion be returned to us for exchange for a store credit note within seven (7) days of full payment and collection/delivery of the goods, provided all the following conditions are met:
- A receipt as proof of purchase of ownership may be required by ESR NZ to be produced.
- Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition, including any packaging if possible
- Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from or an alternative pre-arranged location.
For Online and store purchases not viewed in a showroom prior to delivery, they can be returned for a full refund (less any delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving/collecting the product/s. The above conditions will still need to be met.
