Timber Care
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry with a clean cloth.
- Occasional application of a natural-based furniture polish is recommended.
- Do not use silicone-based products or other abrasive cleaners.
- Because of the natural movement of the timber, it must be expected that the wood will slightly change shape due to variations in humidity and temperature, depending on the conditions of your home.
- Therefore, care should be taken to avoid extreme heat conditions, moisture, and light, as this can cause the wood to swell, shrink or start to show signs of cracking.

Gather everyone round, once a bit of setting up is done. Assembly ranges from something as easy as screwing on the legs or placing the top on its base, through to some flat-pack assembly, which takes a little longer. We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore products may at ESR NZ discretion be returned to us for exchange for a store credit note within seven (7) days of full payment and collection/delivery of the goods, provided all the following conditions are met:
- A receipt as proof of purchase of ownership may be required by ESR NZ to be produced.
- Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition, including any packaging if possible
- Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from or an alternative pre-arranged location.
