Product Care
- Polyester can be easily spot cleaned with a mild detergent and water
- Rinse thoroughly after cleaning with clean water to remove any soap left on the covers, allow the cover to air dry before putting the inner back in place.
- Do not put covers in the dryer
- Do not use bleach or harsh cleansing products.
- Our Spun polyester has been UV stabilised. This assists with any degrading of the fabric by providing a layer of protection against UV rays, cushions need to brought inside when not in use to assist with the longevity of the fabric
- UV stabilisation does not prevent fading, so we recommend storing cushions when not in use for extended periods.
- We recommend the use of Guardsman fabric Weather Defence care products for All Polyester items, following the manufacturers instructions.
- Avoid leaving in direct sunlight for extended periods of time as the fabric will fade.
- Spot clean with warm water and a mild detergent and allow to dry in the sun.
- Do not use any abrasive cleaning products or cleaning chemicals, as this could further mark or damage the fabric.
- Use of the Guardsman care products, following the manufacturer’s instructions, is recommended.
- A vacuum with an upholstery brush attachment can be used to remove dust and other environmental debris from the upholstery, and under seat cushions (if applicable).
- Dust/grime can mark the fabric and be harder to clean if left.
Returns Policy
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore products may at ESR NZ discretion be returned to us for exchange for a store credit note within seven (7) days of full payment and collection/delivery of the goods, provided all the following conditions are met:
- A receipt as proof of purchase of ownership may be required by ESR NZ to be produced.
- Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition, including any packaging if possible
- Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from or an alternative pre-arranged location.
For Online and store purchases not viewed in a showroom prior to delivery, they can be returned for a full refund (less any delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving/collecting the product/s. The above conditions will still need to be met.
