Delivery Options
We have a few options for delivery, based on the items you are purchasing. Available options and pricing will appear in checkout.
Direct Courier This option is available for smaller items that can be sent direct with our freight partner, New Zealand Couriers. Available orders are shipped next business day. Please allow 3-7 business days for arrival.
Postage This option is available for our Hardware lines which are shipped from Australia. Available orders are shipped each week. Please allow 2-3 weeks for arrival.
Home Delivery This option is available for all larger items. Our Customer Service team will contact you once you place an order to confirm a delivery day. Transit times will vary based on your location, for more details click here.

Our delivery team will carry your items to a specific room of your choice, including carrying to a second storey.

Returns Policy
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore products may at ESR NZ discretion be returned to us for exchange for a store credit note within seven (7) days of full payment and collection/delivery of the goods, provided all the following conditions are met:
- A receipt as proof of purchase of ownership may be required by ESR NZ to be produced.
- Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition, including any packaging if possible
- Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from or an alternative pre-arranged location.
For Online and store purchases not viewed in a showroom prior to delivery, they can be returned for a full refund (less any delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving/collecting the product/s. The above conditions will still need to be met.

Store Collection
We offer store collection from a number of locations around the country. Once your order arrives and is ready to collect, we’ll contact you by phone, SMS or email.
All orders will be sent to our locations within the below timeframes. For backorders, this timeframe begins from your order ETA.
- North Island stores: 5-7 days
- South Island stores: 10-14 days
We have limited storage space, so we ask that you collect your order within 7 days of being notified it has arrived. If that's not possible, just let us know.
What can be collected where?
Smaller, lighter items can be collected from most of our stores. Larger or bulkier items have limited collection locations and may need to be collected from a warehouse location, which are fully equipped to help you load your order. Our smaller stores have limited people-power and therefore collection of bulky and heavy items is not available. When collecting your order, please bring help to load heavier items into your vehicle.
