Product Care
Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete Care
- To clean, use a mild soap and water solution.
- Do not use abrasive, bleach or ammoniated cleansers.
- Spills should be wiped up as quickly as possible.
- Avoid placing hot or wet items directly on the surface as they can leave marks which are difficult to remove. Additionally, Avoid placing the following items directly on your table; terracotta pots, adhesives and oils, especially bath oils.
- Use tablecloths, table runners and coasters to help protect surfaces from scratching and heat sources.
- Never use the table top as a cutting surface or similar
- We recommend covering the table when not in use, to enhance the longevity of the table top.
- Hairline cracks can occur with concrete, if one appears, apply natural stone or concrete sealant to prevent moisture seeping in.
- If product has a factory applied waxed finish, simply maintain by buffing with a quality floor wax to protect finish.

Assembly
The backyard is calling, and a bit of assembling will get you there. Assembly ranges from something as easy as screwing on the legs or placing the top on its base, through to some flat-pack assembly, which takes a little longer. Please note: if any assembly times are listed, they're estimates and may vary from person to person, so round up some help, pop the kettle on, and you'll be set up in no time.
Returns Policy
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore products may at ESR NZ discretion be returned to us for exchange for a store credit note within seven (7) days of full payment and collection/delivery of the goods, provided all the following conditions are met:
- A receipt as proof of purchase of ownership may be required by ESR NZ to be produced.
- Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition, including any packaging if possible
- Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from or an alternative pre-arranged location.
For Online and store purchases not viewed in a showroom prior to delivery, they can be returned for a full refund (less any delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving/collecting the product/s. The above conditions will still need to be met.
