The Seraphine Runner uses a blue and natural ornamental design with repeating floral medallion motifs running the full length. At a long 80 by 400cm this runner is made for extended hallways and corridors that a standard 200cm runner leaves half covered, which is a common problem in older homes and long entry passages. Washable construction matters more in a hallway than anywhere else, since a corridor takes constant foot traffic and shows dirt fastest, and this runner can be cleaned and refreshed at home rather than needing professional treatment. Washable Rugs and Doormats
I am a Machine Washable Rug.
If you make a little mess, I can be spot cleaned by blotting me with gentle detergent and warm water.
If I get a little more dirty, you can throw me in your washing machine and set me to cold wash in gentle detergent at a maximum of 30 degrees Celsius.
Please don’t even think of bleaching me as I just won’t be able to stand it.
When I’m clean, simply hang me out on the line to dry. Sorry, I am quite allergic to tumble drying.
I won’t need to be ironed but I would love a weekly light vacuum to keep me looking nice.
Bonus, I won’t need professional cleaning unless I’m soiled beyond belief
Returns Policy
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore products may at ESR NZ discretion be returned to us for exchange for a store credit note within seven (7) days of full payment and collection/delivery of the goods, provided all the following conditions are met:
- A receipt as proof of purchase of ownership may be required by ESR NZ to be produced.
- Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition, including any packaging if possible
- Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from or an alternative pre-arranged location.
For Online and store purchases not viewed in a showroom prior to delivery, they can be returned for a full refund (less any delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving/collecting the product/s. The above conditions will still need to be met.
