The Aubrey Dining Chair uses a rounded barrel-style backrest that curves around you, providing wraparound support rather than a flat back panel. That shape makes a real difference when meals run long. Its umber upholstery brings a warm, earthy tone to the dining room, over foam cushioning and a plywood and steel structure. Slim angled metal legs taper towards the floor, keeping the chair from looking bulky despite the padded seat. The compact footprint suits smaller dining spaces or adding extra seating without crowding the room. Assembly involves screwing on the legs. A matching Aubrey bar stool is also available.

Product Care
Upholstery Care
- Avoid positioning your furniture in direct sunlight where it will fade.
- Your upholstered item should be placed at least 1m away from any heat source.
- Do not use detergents or cleaning chemicals, as this could further mark the fabric. Use of the Guardsman care products, following the manufacturer's instructions, is recommended.
- A vacuum with an upholstery brush attachment can be used to remove dust and other environmental debris from the upholstery, and under seat cushions (if applicable). Dust/grime can mark the fabric and be harder to clean if left.
- We do recommend professional dry cleaning only. If the covers are removable, you can take them into the dry cleaners. If not, have the upholstery professionally cleaned in place at home.
- When unwrapping your new upholstered item, avoid using any sharp tools that may accidently damage the items upholstery
- Dye Transfer - certain clothing and accessory dyes (such as those used on denim jeans) may migrate to lighter colours. This is increased by humidity and temperature and is irreversible.
Assembly
Every table needs good chairs, and yours just need some putting together first. Assembly ranges from simply screwing on the legs, through to some flat-pack assembly, which takes a little longer. If you get stuck or just need a hand, click the start chat link and the team will be happy to help.

Returns Policy
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore products may at ESR NZ discretion be returned to us for exchange for a store credit note within seven (7) days of full payment and collection/delivery of the goods, provided all the following conditions are met:
- A receipt as proof of purchase of ownership may be required by ESR NZ to be produced.
- Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition, including any packaging if possible
- Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from or an alternative pre-arranged location.
For Online and store purchases not viewed in a showroom prior to delivery, they can be returned for a full refund (less any delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving/collecting the product/s. The above conditions will still need to be met.
