Tapware Care - Camden Brushed Brass
- Our Brushed Brass Camden tapware fittings are prepared with a PVD process, coating the surface of each item with zirconium for enhanced durability.
- This zirconium finish provides tapware and accessories with a stronger surface that is easy to maintain, won't fade, tarnish or scratch, and will keep your bathroom fresh for years to come. All PVD fittings come with a 10-year warranty on the finish.
- Do not, at any time, use abrasive, powder/liquid cream or corrosive chemical cleaners, or methylated spirits on any Bathroom tapware or accessories.
- Always use a moist, soft cloth to remove soapy residue.
- Regular wiping will prevent a build-up of soap residue and grime.
- To maintain a longer lasting lustre, rinse off your tap set with clear water and wipe dry with a soft cloth after each wash.
Returns Policy
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore products may at ESR NZ discretion be returned to us for exchange for a store credit note within seven (7) days of full payment and collection/delivery of the goods, provided all the following conditions are met:
- A receipt as proof of purchase of ownership may be required by ESR NZ to be produced.
- Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition, including any packaging if possible
- Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from or an alternative pre-arranged location.
For Online and store purchases not viewed in a showroom prior to delivery, they can be returned for a full refund (less any delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving/collecting the product/s. The above conditions will still need to be met.
