Product Care
- For everyday cleaning Clean with warm soapy water and non abrasive cloth. Wipe dry with a clean dry soft cloth.
- To give extra protection against hot pots, it is always best to use table runners, place mats and coasters.
- Even though the glazed finish makes the ceramic tile resistant to staining, we recommend cleaning up an spills from any products that are oil or petroleum based, acidic or caustic, e.g. vinegar, citrus, sodas, chlorine, nail polish remover etc. ASAP
- Don't use anything abrasive on the top, as it could mark the finish.
- Avoid cutting with knives directly on top of stone surfaces as it will damage both your knife and your ceramic top.
- When moving cermaic top tables, always have someone to assist you in lifting the table and lift from both ends. Never drag the table as it can stress and weaken the frame or even snap legs.
- Avoid dropping items on the ceramic tile top as it could cause chips or cracks
- Like all outdoor furniture, these products will keep their new appearance longer if they are protected from the elements when not in use for extended periods. We recommend using a protective cover or storing undercover.
- It is recommended that you tighten the screws on tables and benches periodically.
- To give extra protection against hot cups, plates etc and accidental spillages, it is always best to protect the beauty of your table with place mats.
Returns Policy
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore products may at ESR NZ discretion be returned to us for exchange for a store credit note within seven (7) days of full payment and collection/delivery of the goods, provided all the following conditions are met:
- A receipt as proof of purchase of ownership may be required by ESR NZ to be produced.
- Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition, including any packaging if possible
- Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from or an alternative pre-arranged location.
For Online and store purchases not viewed in a showroom prior to delivery, they can be returned for a full refund (less any delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving/collecting the product/s. The above conditions will still need to be met.
