Its taupe tone is understated enough to work in almost any setting, indoors or out, which gives real flexibility if you move chairs between a dining room and a deck. The gently curved backrest and generous seat make it comfortable for longer meals. Cleaning is a wipe down. Assembly is straightforward, involving screwing on the legs. Product Care
- For everyday cleaning simply wash down regularly with mild soap and warm water.
- Do not use abrasive materials or cleaners as this will damage the surface.
- Like all outdoor furniture, these products will keep their new appearance longer if they are protected from the elements when not in use. We recommend storing away or covering when not in use.
- Our polypropylene & polyresin products have been UV stabilised. This assists with any degrading of the materials to prevent the furniture becoming brittle in the elements. UV stabilisation does not prevent fading
- Like all outdoor furniture, these products will keep their new appearance longer if they are protected from the elements when not in use for extended periods. We recommend using a protective cover or storing undercover.
- It is recommended that you tighten the screws on tables and benches periodically.
- To give extra protection against hot cups, plates etc and accidental spillages, it is always best to protect the beauty of your table with place mats.
Assembly
The perfect spot for a cool drink, after a little hands-on setup. Assembly ranges from simply screwing on the legs, through to some flat-pack assembly, which takes a little longer. If you get stuck or just need a hand, click the start chat link and the team will be happy to help.

Returns Policy
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore products may at ESR NZ discretion be returned to us for exchange for a store credit note within seven (7) days of full payment and collection/delivery of the goods, provided all the following conditions are met:
- A receipt as proof of purchase of ownership may be required by ESR NZ to be produced.
- Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition, including any packaging if possible
- Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from or an alternative pre-arranged location.
For Online and store purchases not viewed in a showroom prior to delivery, they can be returned for a full refund (less any delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving/collecting the product/s. The above conditions will still need to be met.
