The Nicholl Sofa Bed uses a pull out mechanism that converts it from a 2.5 seater sofa to a bed, which makes it a practical option if you need a guest bed without a spare room. Two loose pillows with horizontal stitching sit against the back, adding a soft layer you can move or remove. Pocket springs sit beneath the foam seating, giving a medium to firm feel that works for both sitting and sleeping rather than compromising on one. Black powder coated metal legs add stability along with a contrast against the dark green upholstery. It arrives flat packed with assembly required before use.

Product Care
- Avoid positioning your furniture in direct sunlight where it will fade.
- Your upholstered item should be placed at least 1m away from any heat source.
- Do not use detergents or cleaning chemicals, as this could further mark the fabric. Use of the Guardsman care products, following the manufacturer's instructions, is recommended.
- A vacuum with an upholstery brush attachment can be used to remove dust and other environmental debris from the upholstery, and under seat cushions (if applicable). Dust/grime can mark the fabric and be harder to clean if left.
- We do recommend professional dry cleaning only. If the covers are removable, you can take them into the dry cleaners. If not, have the upholstery professionally cleaned in place at home.
- When unwrapping your new upholstered item, avoid using any sharp tools that may accidently damage the items upholstery
- Dye Transfer - certain clothing and accessory dyes (such as those used on denim jeans) may migrate to lighter colours. This is increased by humidity and temperature and is irreversible.
- Avoid positioning your furniture in direct sunlight where it will fade.

- When moving your sofa, the best way is to lift it from the base. Avoid dragging it around by the arms or any sewn in cushions, as this may potentially damage the arm or cushion, but also could potentially damage the stability of the sofa legs

Assembly

Returns Policy
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore products may at ESR NZ discretion be returned to us for exchange for a store credit note within seven (7) days of full payment and collection/delivery of the goods, provided all the following conditions are met:
- A receipt as proof of purchase of ownership may be required by ESR NZ to be produced.
- Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition, including any packaging if possible
- Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from or an alternative pre-arranged location.
For Online and store purchases not viewed in a showroom prior to delivery, they can be returned for a full refund (less any delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving/collecting the product/s. The above conditions will still need to be met.
