Product Care
- For everyday cleaning clean with warm soapy water and non abrasive cloth. Wipe dry with a clean dry soft cloth.
- You can also clean glass, by mixing 1 part vinegar and 4 parts water in a spray bottle and replace the nozzle. Next, spray the cleaning solution onto a microfiber cloth or, if you're cleaning a large area, spray the solution directly onto the glass surface.
- Alternatively, a glass cleaning product from your local supermarket can be used with a micro fibre cloth. However, care should be taken to avoid overspray onto other materials.
- Avoid cutting with knives directly on top of glass surfaces as it will damage both your knife and the glass top.
- When moving tables with thick glass tops, always have someone to assist you in lifting the table and lift from both ends. Never drag the table as it can stress and weaken the frame or potentially damage the base.
- Dust glass shelves regularly with a soft dry microfibre cloth
- Do not, at any time, use abrasive, powder/liquid cream or corrosive chemical cleaners, or methylated spirits on any of our tapware ranges and bathroom accessory range of products.
- Always use a moist, soft cloth to remove soapy residue.
- Regular wiping will prevent a build-up of soap residue and grime.
- To maintain a longer lasting shine, rinse off your tap set with clear water and wipe dry with a soft cloth after each wash.
Assembly
A fresh, calm bathroom is within reach, with a little assembly to start. Assembly ranges from something as easy as attaching the handles, through to flat-pack assembly, which takes a little longer. Returns Policy
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore products may at ESR NZ discretion be returned to us for exchange for a store credit note within seven (7) days of full payment and collection/delivery of the goods, provided all the following conditions are met:
- A receipt as proof of purchase of ownership may be required by ESR NZ to be produced.
- Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition, including any packaging if possible
- Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from or an alternative pre-arranged location.
For Online and store purchases not viewed in a showroom prior to delivery, they can be returned for a full refund (less any delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving/collecting the product/s. The above conditions will still need to be met.
